Fees:
Our fees are in accordance with the current GST rate prevailing in the nation. We charge six components in the fee structure according to the client requirements:
1. Registration fee: Rs.1002. Phone/online consultation fee: Rs.200
3. Cost of medicine, materials, supplements and consumables: According to use
4. Cost of administratioon and procedure: According to the disease type
5. On-site consultation: Rs.250
6. And cost of transportation (if necessary): rate prevailing in client location
An estimate cost of service can be provided to the client based on request, which will have a validity of 3 weeks. For treatment related service, the client must bear in mind that the estimate provided can vary based on the animals’ health condition. The client must pay the full payment during consultation. Payment for our services can be performed through:

➔ Credit/Debit card (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Delta)
➔ Direct bank transfer
Complaints and Feedback:
If the clients or doctors are not satisfied with our services, you may register a complaint to the following address: vamsconsultancyservices@gmail.com, where our team members will try to resolve the issues and provide solutions.
Client Confiden-ality:
All the documentation and information pertaining to the client will be protected, according to the prevailing acts and rules in India.
Disclosure of this information will only be made in the following circumstances.
1. For our Veterinary surgeons to commence or continue treatment and other services.
2. For legal processes in court or to an agent of VAMS.
3. When we outsource experts for treatment or related services.
Ownership of Records:
The documents related to the particular cases, including treatment records and other service details, will be the property of VAMS, and a summary of the service history will be communicated to the client.
Patient Photographs:
We may require the photographs of your animals/pets during and after treatment for research and marketing purpose. Kindly confirm with us your consent or disapproval for this to happen.
Prescriptions:
Our veterinary surgeon will issue the prescription to the client based on the consultation and advice.
Relationship between veterinary surgeons and clients:
Our veterinary surgeons acknowledge and agree as an independent third party by using our App and online services to accept consultation requests from the client. This creates a direct veterinarianclient relationship, to which VAMS is not a party. The vets are liable to the customer for their actions or inactions in relation to their services to the clients.
VAMS will facilitate contact between the client and the vet through the App but has no obligations to become involved in or assist with any dispute that may arise between the vet and the client.

Our working hours and appointment schedules are published online through our website and mobile application and may vary from time to time.
